"Pravoe Delo" has outgrown the status of just a legal company long ago.They needed a rebranding and new meanings.The owner of Pravoe Delo is Mykola Demchenko. He is a public businessman-innovator, who at that time was about to graduate from Kyiv-Mohyla Academy.
Mykola himself built his successful personal brand – no less recognizable, than the "Pravoe Delo" brand. We decided to go the same way for the rest top managers of the company. We gave them a photo shoot for the website and helped pack their personal brands. Now each top has become the face of its own direction.
However, our work with Pravoe Delo did not end with the rebranding.New meanings and new, fresh directions for business growth were needed.We held several strategic sessions in search of a new, unique niche, at the intersection of two niches of the owner’s interests - jurisprudence and culture.
Together with the customer, we participated in the creation of a unique business model at that time. We decided to combine a law firm, education, culture and business. This is how we got LABS — this is the first open cultural and educational space in Dnipro and Ukraine, which combines four key interests of a modern person — a client of Pravoe Delo:
# Literature — thematic literature,
# Art — culture and art,
# Business — business creation and development,
# Science — scientific activity and innovation.
At LABS you can drink coffee, work, attend an educational event, see exhibitions of contemporary Ukrainian artists, and also contact to the lawyers of "Pravoe Delo" who work at the same space. By the way, during opening of LABS we organized an exhibition of the famous Ukrainian artist Mykyta Shalennyi.
In addition to LABS, we created two additional sub-brands in different color identities: School and Tender.Three directions of a law firm - 3 separate thoughts in a graph.
What are dominoes? This is an endless number of combinations, a well-thought-out strategy and clear steps forward to achieve the goal. It is an intellectual game in which the team uses the full power of the collective mind to solve the most difficult problems. We saw this strategy in legal "games" as well.
Our concept reveals openness, dynamism, creativity, filigree and innovative solutions of the “Pravoe Delo” team. They are as smart and strategic in their approach to customer requests as domino players are to their game.
The geometry of the lines and monochrome colors convey the severity and classics of the legal process. The outline of the company name with a free-standing letter "O" is a symbol of going beyond the boundaries, changing patterns, a new approach to familiar things.
The language of “Pravoe Delo” is a professional dialogue with elements of freedom and friendly communication. One of the principles of the company is that there are no secrets from the client, there are secrets from everyone else.
In addition, for this client, we conducted a team photo session and opened a new office with an additional location. Together we built a space that harmoniously combined under its roof the office of a law firm and space for events with constantly changing exhibitions of contemporary Ukrainian artists.
